Johnson Design PhotoGraphics. The use of this software shall
be governed by the user's license agreement with Johnson
Design PhotoGraphics as well as the terms of this notice.

and is protected by United States copyright laws and
international treaty provisions. You will not remove the
copyright notice from the Software. You agree to prevent
any unauthorized copying of the Software.
WARRANTY:
Johnson Design PhotoGraphics warrants that it has the right to license you to use the Software.
DISCLAIMER:
Except as provided above, the Software is provided
"AS IS" without warranty of any kind.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
THE ABOVE WARRANTIES ARE THE ONLY
WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANT-ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY

by the U.S. Government is subject to restrictions as set
forth in FAR52-227-14 and Technical Data and Computer
Software clause at DFARS252-227-7013 or Commercial
Computer Software - Restricted rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19
or clause 18-52-227-86 of the NASA Supplement to FAR
as applicable.
EXPORT LAWS: You agree that neither the Software
nor the direct product thereof is intended to be shipped
either directly or indirectly to country groups Q, S, W, Y, Z,
Afghanistan or the People's Republic of China, unless a
validated export license is obtained from the U.S.
